Delete your Pins account.

You can request permanent account deletion inside the Pins app.

How to request deletion

Profile → Settings → Delete Account
  1. Open Pins and go to your Profile.
  2. Open Settings, then select Delete Account.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps. You may be asked to confirm by typing DELETE.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent and may remove your account, profile, and pin data according to our Privacy Policy. Save anything you want to keep before confirming. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.

Need a hand?

If you can’t access your account or need help, contact support@joinpins.app from the email associated with your account where possible. Don’t send your password.
